Local Authorities and the Public Sector

The Public Sector is characterised by constantly changing regulation. Our specialists have an insight into the complex law and appreciation of the purpose of the public authorities – not least through the increasing co-operation among public players and private companies.

We give expert advice on nature law, environmental law and planning law to local authorities, regions and public companies. In fact, the majority of Danish local authorities in this field are our customers.

Among other things, we provide legal services and prepare accounts in specific cases and we also deal with disputes brought before complaints boards, valuation authorities and courts. On a current basis we teach courses directed at administrative officers in public authorities, including i.a. KL’s education in environmental law and a number of courses in the Freshwater Center.
