Codex Advokater rådgiver norsk koncern om køb af flere strategisk beliggende ejendomme og grunde i Danmark

Codex Advokater har senest hjulpet den norske koncern, CIC Hospitality, i forbindelse med erhvervelsen af en 7674 m2 stor grund ved Fynske Motorvej, hvor der skal bygges et nyt stort moderne hotel (Aiden by Best Western Odense).

Erhvervelsen af grunden er det seneste led i CIC Hospitality´s ekspansion inden for de seneste 2 år med 4 nye strategisk beliggende hoteller i Danmark.

CIC Hospitality har tidligere erhvervet en erhvervsgrund i Herning ved sygehuset i Gødstrup, hvor der er opført et helt nyt hotel – Aiden by Best Western Herning – med 204 værelser, ligesom CIC Hospitality koncernen i forbindelse med to virksomhedsoverdragelser har erhvervet anparter og aktiviteter i de etablerede hoteller ved Høje Taastrup station (Thon Partner Hotel Høje Taastrup) og Factory Lodge ved Holeby på Lolland tæt ved den kommende Femern forbindelse.

Advokat og partner Mikael Grosen Skovbo har bistået med rådgivning til CIC Hospitality koncernen i forbindelse med alle 4 overdragelser og har i forbindelse med de to virksomhedsoverdragelser været assisteret af en del af Codex Advokaters M&A-team bestående af advokaterne Lars Egeskov Jespersen, Troels Nielsen og Lasse Johansen.

Codex Advokater advises a Norwegian group on the purchase of several strategically located properties and plots of land in Denmark.

Codex Advokater has most recently advised the Norwegian group, CIC Hospitality, in connection with the acquisition of a 7,674 m2 plot of land at Fynske Motorvej, where a new large modern hotel is to be built (Aiden by Best Western Odense).

The acquisition of the land is the latest step in CIC Hospitality’s expansion within the past 2 years with 4 new strategically located hotels in Denmark.

CIC Hospitality has previously acquired a business plot in Herning very closed to the hospital in Gødstrup, where a brand new hotel – Aiden by Best Western Herning  – with 204 rooms has already been established, just as the CIC Hospitality group in connection with two mergers and acquisitions  has acquired shares and activities in the established hotels close to Høje Taastrup station (Thon Partner Hotel Høje Taastrup) and Factory Lodge at Holeby on Lolland close to the future Fehmarn bridge connection.
