For more than 10 years, Sarah Jano has worked with matters pertaining to public law concerning regulation of construction and infrastructure projects, and in that connection she is a specialist in the fields of law concerning supply and wiring, compulsory acquisition, law relating to adjoining properties, legislation pertaining to roads, and she also has great experience with matters pertaining to planning control and environmental law.
Sarah is one on the leading specialists in the country in the field of wiring, and she has been directly involved in a lot of the cases about rights and appraisal regarding the scope and understanding of the guest principle that have been conducted during the past 10 years for the government construction authorities, and which have been directive for the distribution of expenses for wiring works in connection with the execution of public construction and infrastructure projects.
